The very nature of the WETLANDS website has been cause for enormous controversy. Any time one deals in a situation involving real people in a public forum there is cause for debate and when you add to that the adult nature of our venue.....many eyebrows have been raised. To date the WETLANDS has been the focus of 5 lawsuits, our home has been raided, arrests have been threatened, ranging from open lewdness and indecent exposure, to publishing material that is considered "obscene" in various municipalities. We have been the target for a kidnapping and murder plot by a crime ring from Texas. We have associates that have been wrongfully fired from professional careers........all because...you got it....their involvement in the "Wetlands".
